SOLUTION: Use a non-shrink epoxy to rebuild the damaged areas and topcoat with a high quality chemical resistant coating.

PRODUCT DETAILS: Ceramic R
Metal was chosen as the rebuild compound due to
its non-shrink properties. This high strength product
cures quickly allowing the contractor keep
the job on schedule. Belzona 4311 was used as the
protective coating due to its very high chemical
resistance, ease of use and rapid cure time. These
factors allowed us to return this vessel to service
in the short time that this mini outage provided.
